BB... anybody... PHFR - question & DD... what am I missing. PHFR filed bancruptcy & sold assets for 23 million incl. 10 mil working capital. (w/ contingency of better offer). Last OS 4/21/05 was 86,160,787. Even if all of the working capital was gone at closing and the whole 1.5 mil severance package was paid out, the stock should still be worth 11-12 cents.

If you want the rainbow, you have to tolerate the rain.
