I'll put money on the SEC already knows all of the exact events. The question is if they are going to do anything about it. I've lost money in stocks before by the most common way; a declining stock price over time. With GVRP, I was hit overnight due to the company/ta not delivering. This is also bull$hit that some investors were able to get the shares delivered/sold and others are still waiting on f/s or even r/s shares. I would have sold that Monday @ .ooo1 or .ooo2 on 19.5 Billion traded. The SEC must take this into account when passing a fair and just decision for all that have been defrauded with GVRP.
