I'll bet Sig was itching to say that a Promark merger could still proceed with Promark owners receiving IWEB shares and warrants instead of cash. He was smart enough to realize he'd get all beat up if it didn't happen.

I would think that if all the parties agreed to such an idea, the merger could consummate in a few weeks like the original merger was supposed to.

I hope it doesn't happen. Iceweb is better off without Promark. The concept was Iceweb provides the product and Promark generates the sales. Iceweb did their part and Promark did not.
