There are always contingencies, but as a realtor, I see that agreement to say that the paperwork is in place and signed, so as long as all the regulatory and admin. & blah, blah, blah is approved, no one else can 'bump' UBRG.
I'm just hoping that this is a good thing for all of us; but mostly I'm hoping that danged chill will get removed...... PRONTO!
