Is the reason for not including SA & SB or other revenues because of time? Or is it because HRCT cannot find a competent auditor who can properly handle HRCTs situation?
After the IPO of SA, getting an auditor who can include all the revenue generators that HRCT is allowed to list in the next filing has to be the #1 priority.
No excuses.
