..right, but I don't think they would have mentioned it as a last bullet point in mondays PR if it was all about a successful close of this merger. Macro/micro environment and transparency for next 12-24 months ..imo already sounds like an excuse for not being able to finalize and well hear about securing working capital for operations and its dilutive effects..
