All that matters to me is top-line revenues earned from the app business as well as gross and operating margins on that subsidiary. Then, and only then, can I make a valuation of the business model.

On the other hand, I don't care if a discontinued operation is dragging down the results for the last quarter. That's sunk costs now that the divestment appears imminent. The financial ratios will just turn around so much harder (should the per download revenues be confirmed). I just hope that the company did not use the 100m shares to keep the title subsidiary afloat during its last few weeks in operation.
