Look at the questions I asked FFF, it may relate to your comments, why does he need to worry about who get .50 or $1ml. Do you think Google care but who bought their shares at $1.00 and it is now $500.00? Everything depends on what ECDC does and if the market respond accordingly.

You made so many assumptions in your premise to the questions it left my jaw dropped. How do you assume Kay will sell, did you see him file papers to sell? Have you considered maybe he really would like to see people make that kind of profit? Maybe .75 will be the new low in 2012?

Here you go, response to FFF:

FFF You did not answer the question, let me repeat myself.

Is there anything they can do successfully that will negate the impact of any dilution???

Yes, I am admitting they will issue more shares, they will dilute or whatever it is the reason you are giving for the bashing.

Is there anything they can do successfully to negate the impact of the dilution in your view. To help you out I will give you a few potential examples and you can tell me if the success could negative impact of dilution.

1. Successfully implement StudentConnect in say 8 school districts
2. Execute the licensing deal with Chinese company
3. Report $1ml + revenue first quarter 2012
4. Rogue Paper jsut bring in 2-3 network deals?
5. Make more strategic acquisitions with revenue in place

Take your choice, is there anything in your view that can move the stock or is it simply death to ECDC in your view?

I hope I made it simple enough to get a straight shooter from you.
