Lehman creditors are only getting paid 21 cents on the dollar and Lehman equity is getting wiped out.


Wamu creditors are getting paid in full plus FJR and Wamu equity will at a minimum get part of the reorganized company.(IMO)


Lehman and Wamu bankruptcies are not similar at all.

Lehman is liquidating and Wamu is reorganizing.


which implies to me that some trading will continue for several years yet.
