Kyle and Markle revived the case, but when Dave saw it was revived, he wanted to take over again. However, by this time, Markle and Kyle had been working on the case for some time and had a good working relation



Can you please elaborate. This is the first I heard that Kyle had anything substantial to do with the state case. Did she do this before or after her appointment as CFO?
