Q.  It was mentioned at the forum that Dave walked away from the state case.
 
A. Dave dropped the state case on Kyle’s lap when he thought the company was going to lose due to his mishandling. Kyle and  Markle revived the case, but when Dave saw it  was revived, he wanted to take over again. However, by this time, Markle and Kyle had been working on the case for some time and had a good working relation.   
 
These are the facts but you people don’t believe in facts.
