I spoke at length with Ray Kammel, the owner of Tectech. We had about a 20 min. converstion. What is has IS the real deal. He told me of grants that he has a commitment for, a few million dollars, but has to have a million up front to get them. THis is where NX Global comes in. They are to provide him with the Million dollars in exchange for revenue sharing and distributorship in certain areas.
News is expected. The company wouldn't be selling shares on the open market.
