By all means please do that. If enough of us file a complaint with different government agencies
and the SEC, it may give them food for thought, before they go ahead and seriously consider a
privatization of the company. Right now they just threw out a feeler, to see what shareholders
reaction will be. A complaint to the SEC will do us well, even if they go ahead and privatize.

Read their press release carefully and take note that they are trying to see how many shareholders
they can buy out at this low prices. Shame on them for their greed runneth over.
