Thanks, but I find nothing in the proxy statment, etc, that states a price that will be paid for the fractional shares, nor the actual date of the meeting, record date, etc.

This just sucks, big time. Drive the price down to nothing, convert debt to shares to gain 70% control, then force out the small shareholders at a fraction of the FMV. Guess I should be filing a formal complaint with the SEC, with a copy to the numerous law firms that specialize in minority shareholder litigation.
