According to the June 14th press release from Nanosignal there are approx. 613 Million shares outstanding and 440 Million in the float. Is the contention by the company that any excess shares reported by the transfer agent have been counterfeited? Do any of the posters here dispute this claim and have verifiable proof as to an exact number? What is the upside potential from here if a forced buy-in occurs? Many thanks to my many friends here in answering these questions...lol...My tutorials are available...
