I have a couple of what if's....if you would be so kind, or anyone else that has a good opinion on the subject.

IF mediation fails, and IF equitable disallowance is proven and granted, is there enough money to waterfall to commons and how much? IF this thing gets settled in mediation, are commons hoping for some stake in the NEWCO or is there still a possibility of money being paid? If so, where would this money be coming from?
