$TOFS is RIGH's creditor (lender), TOFS will liquidate some or all
their assets in RIGH sometime after the merger, which I think they
will use to buyback shares here as they've stated before and also
pay for acquiring 2 brokerage firms and a TA...

(Bottom line; at this point $TOFS owns RIGH)
