Meschere is right. Since the arb decision wasn't a money award, I'm not certain an IDCC win will result in a money judgement. Therefore, I need to tapdance (like in CHICAGO, the movie) since obviously I didn't think this through.

Hence, My post should only reflect that once we have a final money judgment, then there are methods to collect on Nok's assets in this country.

At this point, I'm not certain if the judge can reduce a rate to a money judgment or just affirm the trigger and rates. Maybe, our other lawyers will join in. I remember someone posted that we may have to go back to another arb for the numbers. I hope this is wrong and that the court can hold a hearing on the sales figures and reduce the rate to a money judgment. I just don't know for sure. The answer is way to far beyond my expertise in this area. Sorry.
