Maybe they figured that the cancellation of the stock was a sure thing and that means they would never have to cover. That way they turn a profit with no round trip involved. Therefor no tax on profit equalls 100% profit. What would you like 50 percent or less or 100 percent. Uncle Sam GETS SCREWED AGAIN and us Shareholders.
