I am not an investor in this stock yet, but I would like to offer those of you who are my sometimes bias and often incorrect opinion of a few things here.

First, I like this stock and may take a position in it soon

Second, it appears that MGMT has done a poor job with investor relations. The key being RELATIONS.

Third, MGMT seems to be directing their efforts more at developing priducts at this time, then towards marketing the products or selling stock.

This is somewhat good news in my opinion, as most otc companies are far more preoccupied with firstly selling stock, and secondly marketing whatever hype or products they have. That is one of the things that makes this a unique stock, is that it almost seems like they do not want to be a publicly traded company or do not see any benefit or advantage to it.

I would suggest that for the sake of investors and shareholders, the commpany needs to at this time, start to make a more concerted effort to enlsit the services of professional marketing and investor relations companies. Now I know that this suggestion will not sit well with purist investors who are waiting for this company to strike a billion dollar contract and all of a sudden show up on the radar of wallstreet, but it is a start in that direction which will help them get attention, increase their cash position, increase shareprice, and possibly create some market interest that will help lead to contract interest.

That's just my quick suggestion but as I watch this stock weekly and wait until I get the 'feeling' it is time to buy in, I see that as an avenue that needs to be explored by the company.
