Some investors realize that before we can benefit from an uplist they will most certainly have to endure the pain of a RS. Analogous to pulling off a bandaid.

The problem with selling now and buying back later is the potential missed opportunity of Virtra snagging a huge deal that will blow the roof off the stock price.
