The way the first licensing agreement was written Robert had ZERO responsibility to work on the water heater. It appeared that he had given his work over to WDRP who was going to capitalize on this product as the focus of the publicly held entity. If WDRP had raised money and hired Design 1st who successfully completed the unit all would be well. Problem is that this has not happened. Second problem is that this may prove impossible,,,much time has elapsed without a functioning unit. Third problem is that when you examine the records of the participants here you ,as an investor, begin to wonder if they were only interested in a product to add the appearance of legitimacy. And that maybe they have no intentions of completing the unit. You then wonder if Robert has known all along it does not work and that is why he stopped working on it and devoted his efforts on the posilight. From Roberts perspective,,,What is the harm in giving them the chance to make it work? If they make it work I get super rich,,if they don't I get to claim any work performed towards that end. And probably some money somewhere along the way. We can't really tell where money comes from and goes to with this company. So now we have a second licensing agreement that shows Robert taking a part in the development of the unit. Well,,Robert is taking a self confirmed part-time approach to the development. This should make a reasonable investor say "Why would someone with a product with 1/2 billion $ worth of contracts all over the world devote only a part-time attitude towards the goal of completing this thing and becoming a 1%er!!! This group of people have convinced me that WDRP is NOT an investment,,just merely another scam penny stock that folks can pump and dump with winners and losers. And being the poor American I am,,I don't see anything wrong with that. Just let the buyer beware,,,JMO,,2ez
