Here's another thing to think about....

If the base stock registration is revoked, all subsidiary stock that falls under that symbol is also revoked. To mean that any long term warrants would be revoked too. warrants are option to buy below a certain pricing, however what would the warrant buy if the stock no longer trades under that registration (which was revoked).

I don't know if they have to honor those warrants either; Since the company is reorganized and new shares are issued.
