Ed, I guess my read on the court -- based on what she has also said open court about fees -- is that it'd be addressed at the end.

She seems to be, probably from experience, waiting to see how things all turn out. Eg, say she had to end up assigning a trustee to take over for the debtors -- it'd speak one way to WGM, A&M, 'effectiveness' in the costs charged to the estate. However, if things turn out different, as many of us hope, then certainly (of course in spite of WGM, A&M, etc) the argument could be made differently.

I think, on this matter, she's saying "I'll deal with it when it's all over", regarding the fees. That gives her the full benefit of retrospection.
