I agree. The longer, the more costly... to ALL litigants. Seeking greater damages could invite one or more bankruptcies, and that can make getting ANY funds all the more difficult and take even longer, if at all. JMHO.

You cannot get the water to clear up until you get the pigs out of the creek!
