I disagree, we need a cash settlement NOW. At a minimum that would stop further dilution, eliminate the litigation costs that KK states are draining on revenues, establish primacy of GERS intellectual property, etc, etc. Therefore, unless you hold preferred shares you should want a decent settlement NOW instead of a larger one several years from now. My not so humble opinion as they say around here.
