Craig thanks for the information. I was just looking for information pertaining to how things Must be done vs. how they should be done. As we all know, life in the PINKS sometimes does not play by the rules.

I have been tricked in the past and burnt a few times by even the most seemingly valid companies and owners. I really do not think these guys are that way, but one can never know.
