Yes, I have a contact directly and indirectly. If I receive any information directly from the company that I consider insider information that will eventually be put out in a news release, I will refrain from trading the stock.

It is not unlawful to possess insider information but it is unlawful to trade on that information.

I have to answer to the Creator so I will conduct myself accordingly and to do otherwise is foolishness.
