Thanks phill. So if this is the case it seems construction is quite a ways off. Then factoring in in the timeline for construction when and if they can get things rezoned I think its a bit of a stretch to expect production by 2012. That being said how does this possibility then impact the LG agrement if they are unable to fullfill their obligation in the arrainged agreement?
