It is not a share structure question

It is NEGS can not be traded because NEGS is not DTC eligible

That would be a decision by NX GLOBAL INC to Submit of an Eligibility Request to DTC to make NEGS become DTC eligible.

Does NX GLOBAL INC have a time frame to Submit of an Eligibility Request to DTC ?
