The CEO has been totally dishonest, and can easily be investigated by the SEC for his serious lack of being forthcoming as to any real facts, and he's exhibited a constant aversion to explaining his relationship with Vuifinancial.

None of this constitutes an SEC investigation. He is not required to give you any more information than what he is required to file to keep Pink Current. Anything more than that is bonus. He has not lied in any PR - He has never stated overblown sales. And as far as your obsession with Vui - a non existant issue at this point, so no need to address it.

Now, you have a right to be disappointed as to the status of the stock, and recent trading activity, but going to the point of defaming him needs to be backed up with solid fact.
