Funny you say gov. ; Today ended 1 1/2 years of audit into my company back 5 years worth. After no crookedness had be found they sat at the table across from me and told me I owed them 37K.

IRS Reason : 4 of the years I withdrew $ as stockholder draw , 1 year I put myself on payroll ( paid tax's ) They claimed those monies should be taxed as capital gains ...... WTF gov. If I opted to fight there claim then at a potential loss on my end would result in the addition of penalties and interest on the new tax find.. Meanwhile the bills flow from the accountants .... I wrote a check and told him to eat shit !!! I am doing my job he said .. LOL

I love my freedom and the ones that fight for it ....
