Hi Alea, nor am I interested in a takeover here. "Why give the opportunity to the investors in some other company?" Maybe because shareholders are tired of the carrot from the unsafe harbor, tired of missed guidance, tired of the wait, tired of Wave's bad investments, tired of unproductive nepotism, tired of "guaranteed" bonuses, tired of the compliant complacent BoD, et al. Or maybe shareholders might think that the takeover company would be better capitalized; better capable of promoting Wave's products; have strong relationships with the vast number of their customers; be concerned their products may be usurped by Wave or feel because of synergies or perceived weak Wave management that they could makes Wave's products highly profitable. Any number of reasons. Alea, I suspect your question was rhetorical as you surely understand.
