It was my impression that Nanle is a new company being formed under the auspices of the People's Republic of China.

The sense of urgency is due to the fact that these wheelchairs are needed for the current health initiative.

There are many Chinese public companies being traded and I do not know all of the ins and outs but this can't happen without the government's participation.

Nanle will succeed because the government needs for it to succeed. It needs the wheelchairs. They will also try to get as much international market share as they can while they are at it.

For GOSY to have PR China covering its back is probably better than a partnership with IBM - IMO of course....
