I wonder how many shares GOSY will be providing Nanle, which doesn't appear to be a public company. Then no doubt the company will issue more shares to the CEO and his wife to make sure they stay majority holders. So Nanle gets shares in GOSY which it can sell and GOSY gets shares in a private Chinese company that no one knows anything about.

Where does it say GOSY will get any cash from Nanle? Where is the information about Nanle? Is this another Flagman deal?

A lot of PRs and nothing happening with the stock. I'm sensing some desperation in spenceranolland.
