He PR'd it, took a property from KATX shareholders and placed it in a dif shell, causing the parent company to lose value.With no compensation to date. I have to think if Ken stead did not have legal problems before, he certainly will if he does not honor the original deal, which if he doesn't would amt to nothing more than pure theft of those who bought in simply for that distro or added to positions.
