mtsr, There is still a remote possibility that Ken could NOT do the Handcamp Distribution. He is not legally obligated to do it. He has been holding back doing the Handcamp Distribution for some reason we as yet do not know. All I am saying is that it IS a possibility.

He could choose to void the Handcamp Distro and simply do a 1 for 1 BVIG for KATX shares. I am just throwing out ideas and it is pure speculation on my part. I have no facts on which to base my comment. Just guessing.
