Rachel--Wave's Toolkits will be required for developers to write applications to WAVE's CSP. When a developer writes a Trusted Application for DELL, INTEL and STM (and a whole bunch of other big players about to join the WAVE party) isn't the developer locked into the WAVE CSP? And if locked into the WAVE CSP, isn't the developer locked into using the Embassy TAN if the application/services requires attestation?
