Motion DNA Corporation Releases Update on Company Operations

PHOENIX, July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Motion DNA Corporation (Pink Sheets: MTDX ) and Formula 51-2, LLC have been and will continue to pursue an alternate offer. All incoming comments and suggestions have been forwarded on to the Board of Directors of MTDX. For future reference, all comments and suggestions should be routed through email at info@motiondnacorp.com.

At this time, the negotiation meetings will be more sporadic due to tremendous amounts of business travel by key negotiators from both companies. To further complicate the negotiations, there were personal issues on the side of Formula 51-2, LLC that prohibited the Managing Member, Jamir Miller from attending recent negotiations. Mr. Miller experienced the birth of a new child last week which came with complications. At the moment all is well and Mr. Miller is expected to continue his normal day to day business activities soon.

"Summer is the busiest time of the year for us as a company," said Zig Ziegler president of Motion DNA. "In addition to our normal business we have begun to service our new newest relationships with Perfect Game USA and National Pro Fast Pitch."

Perfect Game USA is devoted to furthering the development and career of the talented high school baseball player. To that end, Perfect Game USA produces the very highest national level individual player showcases and team tournaments all over the United States. Currently in its twelfth year in business, Perfect Game hosts tournaments and showcases nationwide. In 2004, Perfect Game events produced 533 Major League draft picks and over 1,000 college players. In the past three years PG attendees have accounted for over 1,300 draft picks including 66 first round selections. 155 former PG attendees were on the 8 teams that played in the NCAA DI World Series last year. According to Perfect Game officials, "the major leagues are starting to fill up with former PG players and by year 2010 more than one half of all Major League players will be Perfect Game alumni."

The National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) League has become the first professional organization to endorse and support biomechanics testing of all athletes. Motion DNA has become the official biomechanical analysis company of the second year women's pro sports league. Under the agreement, Motion DNA will conduct at least one annual analysis on each member of the NPF's six teams, assisting in the overall development of each individual player and success of the league. Currently, more than six million youth girls, ages six to eighteen play softball in competitive and recreational programs in the United States alone.

"I am confident we will resume negotiations once my schedule and Mr. Miller's life returns to normal," added Ziegler. Currently Mr. Ziegler is in Utah representing the company at the Triple Crown Sports National Softball Championships.
