there is no divvy

no divvy has been applied for

No deal has been completed

no divvies will ever be issued by FFGO

FFGO share holders hold nothing but common shares

the SEC is in the process of revoking FFGO common shares

FFGO management closed up shop and left town over 14 months ago

management will dissolve the corporation as they did with HGLC

sorry, thats it in a nut shell

its over
FFGO is gone
