there are 12.5 million "Restricted shares" but just what ARE those restrictions ???? does anyone really KNOW. After all this is a pink sheet company .... maybe the restrictions had run out before the buyout was announced and thats why this whole thing was engineered .... pardon me for posting my negative thoughts, i HOPE i am wrong .. but the longer this goes on, and the way it is playing out .. it feels more and more like the fleecing of the lambs you and me being the lambs ... its like this last Press Release was an attempt to engineer a soft landing.

ya rite .... maybe someday .. after we get done travelling ... on YOUR dollar Suckers !!!! we might sit down and see if we can figure out a new and different way to screw you guys
like i said .. i think they are trying to engineer a soft landing ... its all over, but the crying ... at least thats the way i see it
