Cubi, I for one, don't believe that SL is Broke or Can't come up with any amount of money needed. He has terrific relationships with VERY WEALTHY Companies & Prominent Businessmen in Korea. He's had other inventions/developments that he probably made BIG money on. So, I don't think he would have an issue raising money. JMHO!!!
