As you were informed previously, Kenyan officials do not believe our treatment to be a drug. (One official even asked to be treated while we were there (not for HIV, but something else) and received treatment. They believe the best classification for our treatment is an 'alternative medicine' registration, such as herbs or even acupuncture. We only need to register as an 'alternative' treatment to market and sell the treatment.
When our proposed upcoming trial begins, it will adhere to all regulatory issues as required by Kenya.
Many countries have considerably more 'health freedom' than we do here in the U.S. However, even in the U.S., doctors can recommend herbs and alternative treatments to their patients who suffer from various diseases. Many doctors even sell wild herbs that they themselves collect (at least in WA ST). No registration or approval required.
We're proud to have an all-natural treatment with negligible toxicity.
