I still absolutely feel that Mark will have handshake trust with us investors when this is all said and done.

Whatever he is doing has to be big - He is just too quiet for the last few months. I would be uncommon for a business owner to be this quiet unless he is protecting a big big "it's gonna be big Bob" kind of deal.

This mode of silence just does not make sense to me when I think about it in any other light.

Also, all the movement at YTO over the last year, pictures of Mark with the management of First Tractor China Co ltd (the YTO tractor stock entity) in China, then in Kalama, then in China again. Also the overtly expressed desire of YTO to pair with Western companies to aid in global expansion during this 12th 5 year plan. Also the knowledge that this desire will be backed by money from the Chinese Gov't and the memory of Mark sitting at that dinner table with all of those government officials. Also the article in the Global Times China, a gov't sponsored news source - probably around the time this whole thing started. Also the fact that Mark was invited to a farm show and afforded the chance to meet established distributors in Great Britian, Poland, and Africa - Why would YTO introduce him to their established distributors around the globe if they were not working VERY closely together? Also, the timing of a number of acquisitions made by First Tractor China over the course of this year and how they relate to Mark's business - Acquisition of McCormick France just befor Mark went to China early in the year - and soon thereafter Mark is talking about bigger tractor offerings with "wet clutches" - one of the main products out of this acquisition. Wet clutches are a great selling point by the way - make operating a tractor much more convenient. The acquisition of a whole load of "targeted trademarks" by first tractor China when Mark was there in May. Also - the YTO people building new and ultra-modern factories in China at undisclosed locations - but they are willing to let MArk and Gary visit. Also, the known fact that Mark has been instrumental in helping the Chinese build factories that produce products that the western world is interested in - since the early 1980s. Who would they go to if they were looking to make sure their new factory building endeavor was going to be up to par - especially if they were desiring to take market share from the big tractor companies out there - and why would they do this secretly - unless their plan was to shock the world with their new quality and pricing (and new significant market share)?? What about the timing about the Global times article and the timing of when these factories were probably started (make me go hmmmmmm)? A new CEO at First tractor early in the year. This list goes on and on when you do your own DD and stop listening to the banter on the message boards.

IT just all meshes together too well to convince me that it is completely unrelated. I think Mark knows what he is doing.

When the Chinese make a 5 year plan - you can bet they intend to meet their goals. I hope that us lowly Tytan investors find ourselves in the middle of this 5 year plan.

All my suspicions/educated guesses - but it makes sense to me.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!
