the stock price is what it is, the buy out price is what it will be or not but, I don't think the stock price is indiciative of the value of the company like the Pharmassist wss this week, it was undervalued by 65%, so if you take that as a consideration on a daily basis you get no indication as to value, I believe one of the M/A this week was a consortia group
