Jack -- it's a tossup to me -- I don't have the qualifications to understand the securities nuances of which this will turn on. {and by disclosure, I have an economic interest in the outcome}.

It's about as complicated as the TPS matter. And a lot has to do with specific words of "shall", "may", etc, etc. Determination of a "trigger event", and the cross referencing of changing of parent companies, and revisions to prior agreements, etc.

Personally, as I told someone else -- I know morally, that I want DimeQ to win -- they got screwed, and waited 10 years for it to occur - had things been resolved by the federal courts and the monies awarded just a few months earlier, then none of this {to the DimeQ folks} would have happened.

But, as a holder of many more P/K's than DimeQ's, I have an economic interest in seeing DimeQ loose.
