The judge will not issue her decision on the dimeq issue until next week at the earliest. If a settlement announcement is being delayed to wait for that decision, then, if the two are in fact linked, a settlement could be announced at any time thereafter. Could be dimeq is saying "Look, we will go along with this if we lose, but we want our shot at a win first."
