Learning2vest, that doesn't seem to be what people are worried about. I think a fair statement would be a whole bunch of things would have to go against IDCC before that would be a real concern.

If there is something like this below going on, well, they have alot more work to do before before I consider it real. Anyway suppose to be on the con side.


"As outrageous as it seems, those M&A con artists just might manage to sucker enough shareholders into blaming IDCC managment for all of those problems long enough to pull off their "throw the bums out" campaign. (Never worried about anything like that happening until we saw the vote on a "de-classify IDCC's board" proposal last month. Yikes!)

That potential nightmare scenario ends with new IDCC board members and top management being seated just long enough to tell us they have approved a buy out. IMO it is possible that our IDCC shares could be trading in the single digits by then(told you this was going to be scary!), and how generous should we really expect the bad boys to be with a buy out premium at that point in time?"
