Our personal DD and communications with GSPT, FINRA, & The Delaware Secretary Of State have uncovered that GSPT’s name change to Terralene Fuels was completed in Delaware as of Sept 19th 2011. FINRA Corporate Actions “ We have yet to announce the name change for that particular company “ .. Return emails from the company ask for patience while FINRA does their job. FINRA generally will respond within 90 days regarding corporate actions. So GSPT could be a literal ticking time bomb..
