Might be, about to get downgraded to sell by an analyst with a PT of $45. Not far off my fuzzy math expectation with dilution. The next problem that blows my mind is they are selling shares at what 1/3? of what they were just buying it back in the summer?
WTF? Seriously? How are they not dead yet?
